Cubic Boron Nitrid

Cubic Boron Nitride(CBN) is a kind of superhard material second only to diamond in hardness.Its low chemical reactivity with the iron group metals,and high thermostability, particularly in oxidizing conditions(thermostable temp≥1100℃), make it a candidate for machining iron metals and its alloys which are high hard,high strength and low thermal-conductivity. We can provide commerially the CBN products showed in table, and their abrasive grains coated 15～60 wt%Ni. All of the products are up to national standads concerned.
